This is the website of the Mersey Group of Chief Cardiac Physiologists. Membership of the group is comprised of generally the Grade 5 of the department plus any deputies they may wish to send.

The group is primarily concerned with communication within Merseyside. It is the main professional group which has discussion with MMU regarding the Higher National Certificate course and has spent considerable time in the past 8 years developing a top up degree in Cardiological Sciences and details of a possible scheme for trainees/students in Cheshire and Merseyside. This will be a RCCP approved Clinical Physiology (Cardiology) degree programme based in the School of Biology in Manchester Metropolitan University
