‘Evidence based consensus guidelines promote safe and effective clinical practice’
The Society for Cardiological Science and Technology believe in 3 key aims
- To develop and review consensus clinical and/or technological guidelines for the practice of cardiac science
- To liaise with guideline development groups of other professional bodies and institutions to represent the interests of cardiac science through the SCST
- To provide positional statements on aspects of cardiac science associated with clinical practice standards
