This is the examination for those employed as Assistant Technical Officers (ATO) or Cardiographers only.

The examinination consists of a multichoice paper on ECG interpretation, general physiology, and technical issues relating to ECG recording.

The examinations run by SCST are held in November and June each year in centres around the United Kingdom.

Application forms are available from the Registrar or from SCST Update, and the fees are published on the application form.
